Track Your Daily Efforts
Each day, keep a count of your efforts in these four areas.
π Learning (as Minutes)
This is for all your activity. Track steps directly, or convert your time:1 minute of activity = 100 steps(Example: 30 minutes of exercise = 3,000 steps).
π Movement (as Steps)
Log the minutes you spend reading or learning. This can be books, audiobooks, podcasts, or any educational content.
π Rest (as Hours)
Track the hours you sleep or nap. Rest is a productive and vital part of a meaningful life, so it deserves to be counted.
π«Ά Kindness (as Acts or Words)
Each kind act or message counts as one. This includes anything you do or say to help, encourage, or care for others or your community (e.g., sending a kind thought, volunteering).
